Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (where applicable) and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product.

We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming or beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you’re unsure about your specific item.

🚫 Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return your original order and place a new order once the return has been accepted.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
