Shipping & Returns Policy — Northbaq

Northbaq (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is the operator of https://northbaq.com (“Website”).
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
These conditions exist to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon the expectations of our service, protecting both the customer and Northbaq.


1. General

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels across our website.
In rare cases, discrepancies may occur and an ordered item might not be immediately available.
If this happens, we will ship all available products and contact you about any backordered items.
You can then choose to wait for restocking or receive a refund.


2. Returns

We aim to make returns simple and transparent. Please review the options below.

2.1 Free Returns for EU, UK & US Customers

We do not charge a restocking fee and offer free return shipping for orders shipped within the EU, UK, or US.
Items must be returned within the designated return window and in new, unused condition with all tags attached.
Final-sale or special-discount items are not eligible for free returns.

2.2 Returns for Customers Outside the EU, UK & US

If you’re ordering from outside these regions, we gladly accept returns due to change of mind within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and arranging their own courier.

Once returns are received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is processed.


2.3 Warranty Returns

We stand by the quality of our products.
All valid warranty claims are honored within 2 years of receipt.
Customers cover the return shipping, but repair or replacement is free of charge.

3. Shipping & Delivery Terms

3.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Payment for shipping is collected with your order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €100 / £100 / $100 in select regions.


3.2 Delivery Times (EU, UK & US)

Most domestic orders are delivered within 2–3 business days.
All products ship from our local distribution centers (EU/UK/US), whichever is closest to your address.
Pre-orders may take longer; delivery estimates will be provided at checkout.


3.3 International Delivery Times

International shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.


3.4 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday (excluding national holidays).


3.5 Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched.


3.6 P.O. Box Addresses

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a standard delivery address.


3.7 Military Addresses

We are happy to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please provide all necessary delivery details at checkout.


3.8 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unavailable, we’ll hold your order until the product is restocked.
Other items in your order will remain reserved.


3.9 Delayed Delivery

If your delivery time exceeds the expected window, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the carrier.


4. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.


5. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery (if possible) and notify us immediately.
If the parcel was left unattended, contact our support team so we can resolve the issue promptly.


6. Duties & Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax / VAT

All prices for EU and UK customers include VAT.
US sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout.


6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the goods will be returned to Northbaq at your expense.
We will issue a refund for the product value, minus return shipping costs.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched.
If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return procedure.


8. Insurance

Shipments are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

8.1 Damaged Parcels

A refund or replacement will be issued once the courier completes their investigation.

8.2 Lost Parcels

A refund or replacement will be issued once the parcel is officially confirmed as lost.
